TEAGAN PATON
He/Him
Teagan brings a fantastic, dynamic energy to the studio, perfectly blending his professional dance background with a deep passion for mindful movement. He started dancing at a young age, with fitness (especially Pilates) heavily integrated into his daily training routine. Pursuing his passion professionally, Teagan trained at the Hammond School and the London Studio Centre, specialising in Jazz Dance, before earning his degree in Professional Performance in 2023. His incredible talent even took him out to sea, performing as a dancer on cruise ships and travelling the world while doing what he loves!
Throughout his demanding dance career, Pilates was Teagan's secret weapon. It taught him the true art of body control, moving with intention and precision, and utilising breath to powerfully impact movement. In 2026, he officially took the next step in his fitness journey by earning his Level 3 Certification in Teaching Mat Pilates. Teagan’s teaching style beautifully integrates classical and contemporary practices, infused with fun, fresh influences from his dance training. He is beyond excited to begin this new chapter with the FRESH. family and can’t wait to see you all on the mat!

If you ever catch Teagan without his Kindle, something is very wrong! He is a massive bookworm, a passionate runner (definitely ask him about his 5k PB!), and a self-proclaimed, certified coffee snob. He loves spending his downtime checking out local cafes, trying fun new drinks, and getting lost in a good book.

Teagan’s Fav Wellness Quote & Inspo
Words to live by: “Fear is temporary, but regret is permanent.” Teagan firmly believes that whatever you are anxious to try, you should just do it, because it could turn out to be amazing! Being scared to do something and doing it anyway is the bravest thing a person can do.
Top Wellness Tip: To get something you’ve never had, you have to do something you’ve never done. Whether that means trying a brand new class, going for a run for the very first time, or deciding you want to get into fitness but not knowing where to start. Remember that progress and change live exactly 1cm past the edge of your comfort zone!
