CO-FOUNDER

The Vibe: When she isn’t bust running the show behind the scenes and dreaming up the next big thing for the studio, Alice is our ultimate Bounce Babe. She will put you through you paces whilst beaming a grin at you, and she is hard at stay annoyed at for too long, even when your muscles are on absolute fire!

Catch her teaching: BARRE, PILATES & BOUNCE + DANCE WORKSHOPS EVERY QUARTER.

Fave things: Her fam-bam, exploring the world, listening to music all day every day, and food that’s nuclear hot.

CO-FOUNDER

The Vibe: As the other half of the FRESH. founding duo, Sara spends her days mapping out the studio’s future and steering the overall marketing vision. You will usually find her happily tinkering with our apps and website behind the scenes! Fuelled by coffee, chaos, and Canva, she is semi-retired from her regular high-energy classes, but will always return to the mat to stretch you in ways you never knew you needed.

STUDIO MANAGER

The Vibe: Fiona is the heartbeat of our studio, looking after all the operational magic, suppliers, and our wonderful team and instructors. Customer experience is central to everything she does, making sure every single person feels totally supported the moment they arrive.

Fave things: Oat milk coffees, encouraging others to ‘shine their light’

ASSISTANT STUDIO MANAGER

The Vibe: Caitlin spends her days pulling the operational strings behind the scenes to keep the studio running like an absolute dream. She is all about the details off the mat, but when this nature lover steps into the studio to teach, she brings nothing but zen, grounding vibes, and serious mobility goodness.

Catch her teaching: YOGA FLOW, MEDITATION & GENTLE YOGA, SOOTHING SOUND BATHS

Fave things: Travelling the globe, literally anything outdoors (backpacking, rock climbing, and whitewater sports), tending to her plant collection, and a seriously good cup of coffee.

SOCIAL MEDIA & MARKETING ASSISTANT

The Vibe: The creative eye behind our socials feeds, Megan spends her days capturing the studio’s best angles. She is not just behind the camera though, as one of our PT instructors, she brings serious power and high energy to the studio floor.

Catch her teaching: HIIT, STRONG, STRONG CIRCUITS

Fave things: Aesthetic social feeds, discovering old songs we all forgot about, and (controversially!) a serious love for burpees.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST

The Vibe: Always cool, calm and collected, Sharon is our resident artist and a friendly face at the front desk. Do not be fooled by her zen exterior, though! She is a multi-talented powerhouse qualified in just about everything, and you will always leave her class with seriously wobbly legs.

Catch her teaching: STRETCH & FLOW, PILATES, HIIT STRONG, KETTLEBELLS & coaching TRAINING CLUB

Fave things: Paddleboarding, a good book, lemon bon bons, and laughing with friends over a Kraken and coke.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST

The Vibe: Always ready with a warm welcome, Sarah is here to help you book your classes, answer your questions, and ensure your studio experience is flawless from start to finish.

Fave things: Tackling her latest DIY project (she is an absolute extraordinaire!), long walks, baking and snuggles with her dogs!

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST

The Vibe: Super fun and bubbly, Elena is the kind of person who can chat with you about absolutely anything. She keeps the front of the house beautifully organised and ensures your visit is completely seamless.

Fave things: Iced matcha lattes, getting stuck into a good book, belting out her favourite musicals, and putting her impressive horticulture skills to work on her plant collection.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST

The Vibe: Whether you need help navigating the timetable or just want a chat before your workout, Teagan is always on hand. A professional dancer by trade, he brings brilliant rhythm, expertise, and core focus to the studio whenever he steps in to cover.

Catch him covering: Dance and Pilates classes across the timetable.

Fave things: Starting a new book on his Kindle, swimming in the ocean (preferably NOT in the UK…) and finding the best local coffee.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST

The Vibe: Originally from Colombia, Juana brings a brilliant, well-travelled energy to the front desk. She helps build the vibrant community feel that makes everyone feel instantly at home the moment they walk through the doors.

Fave things: An hour of uninterrupted reading with a cup of tea, a revitalising yoga class, and a fun family adventure outdoors.
