Yes, they really do laugh this much.
All. The. Time.

FRESH. was created from a collaboration between two friends and fitness professionals, Sara Ford and Alice Loombe. The aim is to provide a welcoming and open space for all people regardless of age, gender or background. Here at FRESH. We offer a wealth of activities which enhance physical and mental well-being whilst building a community and support network for the local area; such as Pilates, Barre, Yoga, Meditation, Dance and Mentoring.

Between them, Sara and Alice have over 25 years of teaching experience within the dance and fitness industry. They share a passion to improve the health and well-being of every student and client they work with, this has led to a dream of creating their own hub for all-round wellness. They have been successfully running their own individual businesses for 15 years combined and are an integral part of the Ely community.
