Pick the date
If you have a date in mind, but aren’t quite sure where to start with the planning - give us a shout. We are happy to talk you through all of the options based on what your Bride and her hens would enjoy.
Theme
Check out our Mega-Mix and Dance Theme suggestions. We can choreograph a party to any track. So if the Bride has a favourite track or artist, run it by us and we will create something amazing.
Extras
You can add in extras, or if dancing isn’t your thing and you’d rather treat the blushing bride to a relaxing yoga sesh, a sweaty HIIT class or a burn at the barre (before heading to the actual bar) we can book this in for you with one of our amazing instructors.

Our Hen party package brings you the perfect way to celebrate your Hen party.
1 hr and 30 minutes of party time

Our professional dance teachers, teach a range of styles and can choreograph your party to the Bride’s favourite artist or song/sound track. As some ideas though, you could pick from any of these dance styles (or mix and match them)

Add some glitter, with each guest having glitter applied festival glam style
Yoga (£60)
Follow up your party with some relaxing yoga for 45 minutes of body & mind relaxation.
Pilates (£60)
Heat up the exercise good vibes with a nourishing session of Pilates to leave everyone invigorated.
Meditation (£60)
Nourish everyone with some extra relaxation following all the dance fun. Refreshing yourself for whatever is next on your party plan.

FRESH. requires a 50% deposit to secure your booking. Bookings can only be confirmed on receipt of the deposit.
Pricing for the class is fixed on the confirmed group size at the time of deposit payment.
Deposit can be paid via online bank transfer or in-house at reception.
If you decide to cancel your booking we are happy to refund your deposit up to 28 days prior to your event date. If you choose to cancel after this we unfortunately will not be able to repay it.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 24 hours before your event date.
Please arrive on time as your booking time can not be extended.
Participants are liable for any damages to the property or equipment.
For health and safety reasons please ensure your party isn't under the influence of alcohol prior to your dance session.
