Our Community Initiative
We built this space so that everyone could access quality services for their physical and mental health. Whilst we need to operate as a commercial business we run various free classes and events alongside to reach the wider community.
Our Pledge
We firmly believe that we can widely change the way physical and mental health is viewed, that fitness and self-care will no longer be a luxury but a way of life for all.
Which is why we aim to offer one free class a day to a charity organisation, underrepresented group or specialist population.

Barre & Baby
Supported by the Healthy You initiative. Every step of Barre&Baby has been designed to improve postnatal well-being. Aiming to create space, improve circulation, strengthen the body and increase flexibility.
By keeping your baby close in a carrier, you’ll create a deeper bond that will last a lifetime.

Beginner Pilates
Supported by the Healthy You initiative, this Beginner Pilates class, is hugely beneficial to anyone at any stage of their fitness journey. Slow controlled movements allow your body to really work whilst being low impact enough for complete beginners and those returning to fitness following a break or injury.

Body Balance
A FREE class as part of our Community Initiative. The BODY BALANCE class is a fun, low impact, resistance band class combining some chair based and standing activity. The aim is to strengthen muscles and bones to help make the functional activities of everyday life easier.

Chair Based Yoga
Supported by the Healthy You Initiative. This gentle chair-based yoga class is perfect for those looking to enjoy the wonders yoga but without the pressure of certain positions and stretches.

Movement to Music
Supported by the Healthy You initiative. Movement to Music is designed to gently increase cardiovascular fitness through aerobic movement and strength exercises.

Pilates for Men (Inclusive)
Supported by the Healthy You initiative. Introducing a new men+ Pilates class. Pilates is a low-impact form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core stability.

Stretch & Mobilse
A FREE class as part of our Community Initiative. This class includes gentle stretches and strength building movements specifically designed for those with mobility concerns, but may also be helpful to anyone with other types of joint pain or related conditions.

Tai Chi
Supported by the Healthy You initiative. Tai Chi consists of a series of gentle physical exercises and stretches. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion.

Women's Yoga (Inclusive)
Supported by the Healthy You initiative, this gentle and accessible yoga class will introduce you to foundational practices with lots of guidance to set up the yoga foundations that feel good for your body & mind.

Friends of FRESH
There are options to support our Community Fund Initiative with a one off Community Fund Donation, as a Friend of Fresh (monthly donation) or as a corporate sponsor (email goodvibes@freshandwell.co.uk).
By donating you become part of a valuable and empowering ‘paying it forward’ local movement, providing access to fitness for someone else.
Think of it as gifting someone their first FREE class, and the beginning or restarting of their wellness journey.
