Our beautiful studios in Ely are a space for all. Come along to unwind and relax or sweat it out and meet friends, this is a home for everyone. Complete with two large state of the art dance studios, high quality sprung flooring, a booming sound system, top of the range air conditioning throughout and clean, safe changing facilities.
Plus we’re also home to some of Ely’s leading clubs and organizations for young people including 4D Dance and Ely Dojo.

‘Plant based and eco-conscious well-being hub’
A cozy spot to meet with friends, work remotely or read a good book in the snug. Owned by the lovely Phil & Rachel, Prosper is Ely’s only plant-based and fully eco-conscious cafe in Ely. It is not only dog friendly, but dog mad so bring your 4 legged friends along or simply pop in and cuddle someone else’s!
Serving delicious coffee from The Brew Project (and lovely teas, of course) seasonal flavors, refreshing drinks, freshly made jacket potatoes and the TASTIEST cakes you’ve ever known, all vegan, plus lots of gluten free options available. There’s even a few board games to play with whilst treating yourself.

‘A small, family run martial arts centre providing for all ages.’
A permanent fully matted studio for martial arts, offering classes in Judo, Self Defence, Ne-Waza, Grappling and more, for all ages, all abilities and all members of the community.
Stuart and his team are keen to work closely with people who are passionate about martial arts so get in touch if you would like to be involved more with this project.

Music and movement group for 0-4 year olds.
At Wriggletots we strive to create a joyously colourful, imaginative and fun enviromnment for your little Wrigglers to learn, grow and explore their wonderful world. We use a wide range of instruments, props and sensory play to help your little ones engage in the best possible way.
Wriggletots run classes every week at FRESH.

Sing & Sign
Helping babies communicate before speech.
Babies use all kinds of signs and gestures as a natural part of learning to talk. Encouraging your baby with extra signs like milk, more, change nappy or tired will help your baby communicate.
Baby signing with Sing and Sign is easy because we make it fun to learn! Your baby will recognise important words sooner and can use the signs to “talk” to you before speech.

Big Little Yogis
Yoga for little ones and their grown ups.
Run by Kim Turner (Big Yogi) with her daughter (little Yogi), Big little Yogis offers a fun, joyful space to share time with your little one and our friendly community.
We enjoy songs, stories and joyful movement (no prior yoga experience or flexibility required!) plus an opportunity to breathe and take time out of the day to just be.
At FRESH we host Big Little Yogi’s Home Ed Yoga Sessions. These are usually one off pop up sessions so please do email Kim to find out the next date or to be added to her mailing list so that you don’t miss out.
