Yes. Training Club is open to all levels and designed to meet you where you’re at. Whether you’re new to strength training, getting back into routine, or already active in classes, exercises and coaching will always be adapted to suit you.

Not at all. Training Club works beautifully alongside classes. Many clients use Training Club as their structured, coached training sessions, and enjoy classes for extra movement, variety and fun.

Groups are kept small with a maximum of six people, so coaches can give personalised feedback, technique support and progression.

It’s fine, you won’t lose your place. Sessions can’t be moved or refunded, but your coach will help you stay on track.

Training Club runs in focused 4-week blocks. Each block includes two coached sessions per week, with the option to continue into the next block if you’d like to keep progressing.

Most of the time, yes, but of course it depends on the injury. Small-group PT makes it easier to offer alternatives. Just let us know in advance and we can chat to you about amending movements.

No experience is needed. Coaches will guide you through technique, movement patterns and progressions safely and confidently.

The app includes your full Training Club workouts, a bonus home workout for extra movement anytime, and a shared chat space for motivation, updates and support.

Absolutely. Each block builds on the last, so many members choose to continue into the next programme to keep their momentum going.

Due to limited spaces and personalised programming, Training Club blocks are non-refundable once booked.

Training Club TWO is our full twice-a-week programme… you train on two days per week, and unlimited FRESH. classes are included.
Training Club ONE is our once-a-week evening option (Mondays at 8:15pm), which comes with a 10-class pass for the month instead of unlimited classes.
Both follow the same structured 4-week programme with the same expert coaching. -
If you can commit to twice a week and want the full progression experience, Training Club TWO is the one. If evenings work better for you or you want to start with once a week, Training Club ONE is a brilliant option. Both give you the same quality of coaching — it's just about what fits your life right now.

Absolutely. Lots of people start with ONE and move up to TWO when the timing works. Just let us know before the next block opens and we'll get you booked in.
