Elevate Edition (for existing clients wanting more structure/progression) – Tuesdays & Thursdays at 1pm

FAQs

  • Not at all! That’s what Kickstart Edition is for. It’s incredibly supportive.

  • Perfect! Elevate Edition gives you the structure and progression that pairs beautifully alongside classes.

  • Yes, unlimited classes are included for the entire 6 weeks (Platinum already have this benefit - and therefore it’s reflected in the price).

  • It’s fine, you won’t lose your place. Sessions can’t be moved or refunded, but your coach will help you stay on track.

  • Not better, just different.
    Classes give you variety and energy.
    Training Club gives you structure, consistency and a small group setting.

  • Most of the time, yes, but of course it depends on the injury. Small-group PT makes it easier to offer alternatives. Just let us know in advance and we can chat to you about amending movements.
