Level 2 Fitness/Dance Instructor and FOH team member

With our studio growing, we are in need of an awesome team member able to deliver phenomenal customer service and fitness and or dance sessions to everyone that walks through the FRESH. doors! Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet members & clients at reception with warmth & enthusiasm

  • Respond to incoming customer enquiries via phone & social media

  • Provide safe, fun and well planned fitness/dance classes in house and virtually to our amazing clients (optional)

  • Organise & schedule appointments using our online booking system

  • Provide excellent customer experience at all times

  • Keep the building clean & safe throughout your shift (this is a vital part of the role)

  • Ensure client & member data is kept confidential

  • General housekeeping duties throughout the studio

  • Post on our social media channels with class updates, snippets & day-to-day fun stuff

  • Keep track of stock, broken or faulty equipment & report any issues back to management when needed

  • Act as a super friendly host for external community hires including dance parties, workshops and special FRESH events

The ideal candidate will…

  • be hard working & willing to get involved with all areas of the job role

  • ideally have a Level 2 or higher Instructor Qualification

  • be self-motivated & enjoy independence within their work

  • be personable & confident when communicating with people of all levels

  • work well as a team player

  • have basic computer skills for a selection of apps & software

  • fully understand and communicate the FRESH. values

  • be passionate about people, health & wellness

  • either have experience in a customer facing job or a strong desire to learn & smash this role

  • be flexible and happy to work shifts, including evenings & weekends

The Details

This position is a part-time position of 20 hours with the below shifts:

Monday 8.30am-1pm
Tuesday 3-9.15pm
Wednesday 8.30am-1.30pm
Thursday 9am-1pm (potential to start earlier if you are able to teach a class at 7am)

As we continue to grow the community elements of our business, you may be asked to cover a range of event/studio hires at weekends (Saturday or Sunday afternoons will come up regularly). Confidence to work independently will be important.

We are looking for the right people so we consider each application individually.

Competitive hourly rate dependent on experience.

All roles will comprise of shift work & include some evenings & weekends
