Amy hayden
She/Her
Amy brings an incredibly lively and inclusive energy to the studio! After dancing for over 15 years, she discovered a huge passion for sharing that joy with others. She has now been a dance teacher for over a decade, holding an IDTA Freestyle Associate teaching qualification (which she proudly passed with distinction). She specialises in welcoming, beginner-friendly environments and loves helping people discover their own passion for movement. While she still gets her regular dance teaching fix over at 4D Dance, where hip hop and disco are her absolute favourites to teach, she channels that same infectious, uplifting energy into her fitness classes with us.
In 2026, Amy expanded her expertise by qualifying as a chair-based fitness instructor. This naturally led her to beautifully lead our Strength and Balance classes! Whether she is guiding a gentle strength routine or popping in for a surprise dance class cover, Amy ensures every single person feels confident, comfortable, and fully supported.
Outside the studio, Amy loves
When she is not teaching, Amy is a huge animal lover (dogs and meerkats are her absolute favourites!). She loves spending time with her friends and family, going on holidays, and enjoying great food. You will also frequently find her baking, listening to music, and heading down to the West End to catch a musical theatre show.
