A Norfolk-based fitness professional passionate about helping people push past their limits and
discover what they are capable of.
I hold a Level 2 Gym instructor qualification, Level 3 Personal Training certification and am a certified
Boxercise Coach. I’m also fully First Aid trained, ensuring your workouts are not only effective but
safe.
With experience as a small group personal trainer, I’ve earned the nickname “The Melinator” for my
ability to challenge clients while keeping sessions motivating and enjoyable.
I currently teach a Boxercise class weekly, combining fitness and fun in a dynamic, results-driven environment.
Outside of the gym, I enjoy kayaking, obstacle course races, weight training, bootcamps, and
working with my 2 Newfoundland dogs in water rescue.
My goal is to bring that same energy, dedication, and passion into every class I teach – helping you reach your goals and enjoy the journey.
