MEGAN DOCWRA

I love helping others find their love for fitness, whether that is anything from walking to lifting weights or running, but most importantly find something that makes them feel good about themselves. 

I found fitness throughout lockdown and knew from the free 10 minute Instagram workouts that this was the right path for me. I started with HIIT workouts, then dipped my toe into weights before I worked my way into the gym (as I found this super scary!). Since then I have pushed myself even further out of my comfort zone and competed in fitness bikini shows and now found Crossfit. 

Working out for me is no longer about building my dream body but its all about how amazing I feel after a great sweaty workout and the escape you have from reality during this time! 

All I ever ask from anyone is to try and be 1% better than who you were yesterday. Its only ever you against you!
