BARRE

Alice brings the burn every Monday morning plus, Monday & Wednesday evenings too!

BARRE is the class that will make you shake! Combining elements of Ballet & Pilates, this class is incredible for improving your balance & strengthening your whole body. You don’t need a barre to participate either, just a chair or table will do… Or you could be daring and give it a go without?! #HEYLOOKNOHANDS!

BOUNCE

Join Alice on Wednesday & Thursday evenings.

Picture the scene… Disco lights, wiggling hips & throwing your arms in the air like you just don’t care. It’s ALL OUT FUN.

Plus you’ll learn a tonne of new moves to throw down on the dancefloor!

PILATES

Alice teaches Pilates on Thursday morning and Power Pilates on Tuesday evening.

Pilates is hugely beneficial to anyone at any stage of their fitness journey, the holy grail of body loving fitness, you might say. Slow controlled movements allows your body to really work whilst being low impact enough for even complete beginners.

STRUT IT OUT

You know that version of you that only makes an appearance at the weekend, on the dance floor, after at least 6 drinks? Well this class is for them and we salute ‘Weekend You’! Unleash your inner diva and bring out the sexy hair flicking queen (or king) you’re destined to be at STRUT IT OUT. Heels are optional, but after a few weeks of classes you’ll probably be rocking up in the biggest stilettos going! #YAAAAAS
