Using a series of guided breathing patterns, gentle breath holds, and nervous system reset tools, this session blends ancient wisdom with modern science, helping you reconnect with your body, quiet your mind, and tap into something deeper.

What to Expect:

This is a guided experience using structured breath sequences (with pauses and holds) to move energy, clear stagnation, and create emotional balance.

The session includes:

• A gentle opening + breath awareness

• A curated series of active breathing patterns

• Breath holds to unlock deeper layers

• Stillness and integration to close

• Music to carry you through every phase

Whether you’re brand new to breathwork or returning for more, this session will meet you exactly where you are.
