All of our members are encouraged to chat with our team about their fitness and wellness. Our team are on hand to discuss your wellness intentions, to match classes on our schedule to your fitness intentions and provide advice on movement that sparks enjoyment, energy and vitality (all the feel good vibes).

Our Platinum members can also request a seasonal wellness chat that includes extra motivation around FRESH well-being foundations and intention setting.

Upgrade to platinum membership to enjoy a seasonal well-being conversation. During the chat you’ll explore your health and well-being considering your whole-self - including the foundations below.

You’ll take into account your lifestyle, commitments and even the season to ensure that the habits you set for yourself are enjoyable and maintainable. You can use this time to discuss which classes to try out next too. The chats are friendly, encouraging support offering you gentle accountability - like your well-being cheerleader.

Prior to the session you’ll be invited to journal around your wellness so that there’s something to explore together. We will email you some journaling ideas to help you focus your thoughts. The chats can be scheduled over the phone or in-studio (Thursday’s).
