About Jasmine :

My approach to fitness is to do any sort of movement I enjoy. So I majorly encourage this to anyone! Find the style of class you love.

I can never do just one type of workout, I’m always up for anything, running, lifting weight, Pilates, yoga anything to keep movement and exercise exciting. 

My aim for my classes is to make sure everyone has a good time, feels confident, comfortable, strong and powerful. 

I fell in love with teaching classes the second I taught my first ever HIIT class and haven’t looked back since.

Jasmine currently teaches FRESH. Functional on Tuesday nights at 7pm.

A class for those who want to DO IT ALL. 

This class combines functional weighted exercises and HIIT so you get the benefits of both! 

Improving strength, power and endurance - so that everyday movements get easier and easier. 

Expect fun, sweat and good vibes.

Jasmine’s Qualifications include :

Level 2 gym instructor 

Level 3 personal trainer 

Level 2 group indoor cycling 

Level 2 suspension training

Level 3 support pre &postnatal women with exercise
