We will celebrate the winter solstice, in a beautiful candlelit space. Taking time to pause, like the sun, and connect with our inner warmth and light, to bring us nourishment through winter.
This session brings beautiful, nourishing yoga , gentle work and deep relaxation.
Held in the lovely Fresh studio, overlooking Ely Cathedral, mats & equipment provided but please bring extra blankets to get super cosy." Lisa
What to bring with you.
Please bring a candle of your choice, which we will light together to honour this special time of year.
Yoga mats will be provided. You may want to bring a blanket or wrap with you for the closing part of the workshop.
