About Stephanie

Stephanie is an intuitive coach, menstrual mentor, and yoga teacher with over 20 years of experience in therapies and practices that nourish and heal. With more than 2000 hours of formal training in both western and non-western healing modalities, Stephanie specialises in feminine-forward, earth-based, spirit-led leadership, guiding women to reconnect with their natural rhythms and create lives of balance, harmony, and creative self-expression.


Stephanie’s teaching is rooted in the philosophy of cyclical living, where the rhythms of the body, the seasons, and life itself are honoured as sacred. Her work integrates practices such as Well Woman Yoga Therapy, Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, and trauma-informed movement, offering a compassionate and intuitive approach to healing and transformation.


In her Well Woman Yoga Therapy Workshop, Stephanie brings her passion for embodied living to create a safe, nurturing space for women to honour their unique rhythms and cycles.
