joyful MANDALA FLOW YOGA WORKSHOP with Natalie Bone

Celebrate the energy of summer with a joyful Mandala yoga practice, inspired by the beauty and symbolism of the Mandala shape. This flowing and creative class invites you to move around your mat in circular patterns, connecting breath with movement as a form of moving meditation.
We'll begin and end with grounding meditation, pranayama, and yin postures to awaken and soothe the body, allowing you to fully embrace the seasonal shift and soak up the summery vibes.
Beginners are welcome, though a little prior yoga experience can be helpful, as we’ll be moving fluidly and at a dynamic pace, with fewer alignment cues.
We will have yoga mats and yoga blocks available for you to use in studio. If you have a preferred yoga mat or yoga cushions that serve your usual practice you are welcome to bring these along with you too.
