Join Gabriela on a this half day retreat to be guided into a space where your body can relax, safely and slowly. Hatha Yoga is often translated as Sun and Moon Yoga. Have you ever wondered why?

By harnessing the power of breath reach into the energetic channels that connect your body to your mind, and your mind to the Luminaries of the Sky, the Sun and the Moon.

There will be a New Moon on the day of the retreat offering the blessings of going inward, guiding the breath through Pranayama practice, the body through therapeutical asana postures and the final Meditation, leaving you rested, soothed and safely present in the body.

You will be welcomed with a herbal Moon elixir, a tea to soothe the nervous system and calm your senses, with blue lotus petals to bring dreams into your vision.

Leave the half-day retreat with small practical tools that you can use to enhance your well-being.
