The Finding your Zen workshop is a 90 minute introduction into zen practice that can help decrease stress, alleviate depression and help you find your calm, wherever you are.  

The workshop will include; body scan practice, journalling, zen yoga, seated meditation practice and introduction to a reflective meditation diary practice.  The zen practices can be life-long tools you can use to be more aware within your life and the depth it can reach.
