ASHTANGA PRIMARY SERIES WORKSHOP with Amera Stanforth

The Ashtanga Primary Series is a dynamic and traditional yoga practice designed to purify the body and mind.  On a physical level the poses in the series build strength and flexibility in the body, loosening tight muscles and realigning and detoxifying the body. On a mental level it improves willpower, mind-body awareness and confidence. On an energetic level it works therapeutically to clear obstacles and allows Prana to flow more freely.

Each movement in the sequence is synchronized with the breath, creating a flowing practice that promotes a sense of presence and mindfulness. Leaving you feeling energised yet grounded.

Open to those that wish to deepen their yoga journey and learn about traditional yoga practices.

During the workshop Amera will share some homemade vegan energy balls and vegan chocolates with you, for you to enjoy.  They are super delicious and healthy too - you can't get any better than that.
