FRESH. Bootcamp is a vibe boosting high energy, strength based workout with a cheeky 15 minute TABATA challenge thrown in at the end to power up your energy and vitality. Feel good vibes guaranteed.

This class will allow you to develop strength, endurance, flexibility and coordination. A powerful combination!

What should I expect?

The class will be fun and explosive with great music and high energy encouragement from our 'good vibes' trainer Julian.

Starting with a 5 minute warm up, moving into a 20-25 minute muscle building session where we focus on the technique rather than the weight or number of reps.

Finishing with a +- 15 minute TABATA burn that will prioritize getting the heart rate up and blood flowing in a HIIT style.

Who is it for?

This class will be suitable for everybody at any stage of fitness, as all the exercises are fully adaptable and can be made easier or more difficult by simply changing body positions. Julian will demo exercises with variations suitable for all.

His aim is to create an environment where all members, regardless of fitness levels, can come in and feel like they have had a fun, powerful session. Walking away feeling full of good vibe endorphins and feeling better about themselves.

What’s on the playlist?

Music will be energizing and a mixed playlist of 70's-80's rock anthems, going into pre-timed Tabata cover songs that range from Ed Sheeran to Dr Dre to The Rocky Soundtrack. Possibly including the occasional BRING SALLY UP squat or push up challenge for fun.
