PRIMAL FLOW

Primal Flow is your chance to release your inner child. Combining animalistic movements, controlled flow and awareness of the breath - this is the place to be if you want to reconnect with your youthful side. Improve your balance, coordination & flexibility all at once, whilst having loads of fun exploring the floor.

What should I expect?

The class is ground based, focusing on technique and body awareness before we go onto the main flow. Helping you reconnect with your body; improving strength, flexibility, mobility and coordination. We’re
re-introducing moves you may have not done since you were a kid.

Who is it for?

Anybody! You may feel some resistance in the wrist at the beginning but your body will adapt with practice. All moves can be adapted to suit different levels of fitness and there is no right or wrong, you work within your range of movement. With Nicole’s encouragement you will build confidence within yourself and trust what your body can do.

What’s on the playlist?

The music for this class is less of a focus & more of a background accompaniment. Complementing the flow, so you can focus on your body and your breath.
