MEDITATION

This is a class for everyone, whether you're new to mindfulness or you've been practicing meditation for years this is a great class to get you back in your flow or continue your journey.

Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, breathwork, thought, or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm stable state.

Meditation can significantly reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and pain. Enhancing peace, perception, self-concept, and well-being.

What should I expect?

This is a one hour class that will include moments of silence & stillness, as well as some soothing guided meditation and breathwork.

It’s best to wear comfortable clothes (yoga or loose fitting sportswear will work well) to relax and perhaps bring a cozy wrap or blanket with you too. If you’ve a fav pillow or have your own meditation pillow/bolster, feel free to bring these along too.

Who is it for?

This class is perfect for absolutely anyone. There is no need to have experience in yoga, breathwork or meditation.

It’s a great introduction to mindfulness or can be a way to deepen your existing knowledge.

What’s on the playlist?

You will be treated to the most soul soothing music perfect for relaxation. Your instructor will guide the meditation with breathwork and visualization prompts. This class really is a treat for the senses.

Keep a look out for our yoga workshops and retreat workshops as these also usually include meditation as part of their schedule.
