Michelle teaches both Beginner Pilates and Improver Pilates, on a Tuesday evening.

Michelle was inspired to train as a Level 3 Pilates teacher in 2011 after attending classes in her local village hall. Her teaching style is influenced by the classical Pilates method. Michelle was taught by Joseph Pilates’ protege, Lolita San Miguel, which she will often refer to as one of her most exciting experiences as a Pilates teacher. You can expect to leave the room feeling restored, elevated and invigorated by the flows Michelle creates for her classes.

Michelle is also a UK Athletics performance running coach, British Weight Lifting strength coach, and an advocate for Pilates as a great way to support sports performance.

An adrenaline seeker, you will find Michelle riding her mountain bike down steep mountains or dirt jump riding at a bike park.

My favourite quote is, ‘feel the fear and do it anyway'. Inspired by a book by Susan Jeffers which helps you to become comfortable with things we fear.
