GENTLE YOGA is a gentle class for ultimate nourishment of the body and the mind. This class is great for beginners or for people who want to really fine tune their foundations in Vinyasa Yoga.

What should I expect?

Ling Ling will guide you through an intelligent sequence of movements, linked together with the breath that will open up and strengthen the body.

Expect a combination of stillness, movement, nourishing breathwork and relaxation. So whatever you’re craving, you will be able to move your body in a way that feels good for you.

Who is it for?

This class is great for beginners or for people who want to really fine tune their foundations in Vinyasa Yoga. Ling Ling will offer guidance on a range of positions for each asana (yoga pose) to benefit you. She will also offer guidance for using yoga props during this class.

What’s on the playlist?

Just like the class itself, the playlist is gentle, with a range of chilled yoga vibes to suit the gentle practice.
