What should I expect?

This class is non-stop dance with easy to follow routines that will get your heart rate up & improve your coordination. It’s cardio… but the fun way! You’ll gradually work up to a sweaty mess but by then you’ll be so pumped of energy the endorphins will take over!

Who is it for?

Bounce is perfect for anyone that wants to workout without noticing they’re working out! This fast paced, fun filled session will have you bouncing off the walls & burning calories without realizing. It’s 45 minutes of a damn good time.

What’s on the playlist?

BOUNCE is the ultimate throwback party, featuring all of your favourite tunes from the 80’s, 90’s & 00’s. The music is switched up regularly to keep you on your toes (literally)! But we always bring back your faves in the end!
